Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging and condition, and must include all accessories and documentation that were included in the original delivery. Any item returned without its original packaging, accessories or documentation, or in a damaged or used condition, may not be accepted for return or may be subject to a restocking fee.
In order to process your return, please provide us with the following information:
- Order number
- Product name or code
- Reason for return
- Photos or videos of the damaged or defective item(s) (if applicable)
- Your contact details (email and phone number)
Once we have received your return request and all the required information, we will process your return and provide you with a return authorization number. Please note that the return shipping costs will be covered by the customer, unless the item is being returned due to a mistake on our part (e.g. wrong item or item not as advertised).
For refund, please allow 7-10 working days for the refund process to be completed. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
